Personal Experience

Rhys Hutchinson is our Lead Instructor. He has worked in safety for over a decade, developing WHS management systems and safety programs for businesses and products across a wide range of sizes, industries, and levels of complexity.

Rhys has a strong passion for teaching and for helping organisations understand what effective WHS governance looks like in practice. His approach focuses on building pragmatic safety systems that meet legislative requirements while integrating seamlessly into day-to-day business operations. He believes safety should support good decision-making and sustainable performance, not create unnecessary burden or impact the bottom line.
